Checkout this show featuring J. Kyle Keener whom for the past 25 years has been the mastermind behind some of the most compelling and innovative conceptual photography in the newspaper industry. J. Kyle embarked on a freelance career in 2007 after a successful career at the Detroit Free Press, Philadelphia Inquirer and the Kansas City Star newspapers. During that time he received the title of Regional Photographer of the Year from the National Press Photographers Association six-times. From start to finish, J. Kyle will walk you through the process of how he creates the great images he's known for.
Also stopping-in will beTony Overman, President of the National Press Photographers Association who'll give his perspective on Big League Baseball's proposed new rule that will prohibit galleries of photos taken during baseball games to be published on the Internet. The NPPA along with major news organizations and other media associations are working together and trying to convince Major League Baseball that it's not in Baseball's long-term best interest or in the interest of the public to ban photo galleries.
