Storm Chasing Weather or not & Shooting the Gold in Beijing

This Show Written & Produced by Howard Lipin

Listen to this show featuring Jim Reed, one of the foremost storm chasing photographers in America. Jim will show you incredible images of weather storms he’s photographed, and tell you how he shot them; sometimes only seconds before the danger got to be too much. Many of the images he'll show are part of his book, “Storm Chaser, A Photographer’s Journey.” He’ll also have basic tips on how to stay safe and shoot photos when a storm hits where you are.

As the eyes of the World were focused on the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games, Sean Haffey, Staff Photographer at The San Diego Union-Tribune was one of the photojournalists from around the World photographing just about every move the athletes made. Sean will stop by and show you some of the wonderful images he created during the Olympics, and tell you about the challenges he faced. He'll also have tips on how to shoot sports action photos and all that goes along with it.

When you miss the LIVE broadcast and are listening on your schedule, you can email your questions and ideas to us at Talkback@PhotoTalkRadio.com. The show airs LIVE every Saturday, 8-9am US Pacific Time and you can call Toll-Fee 86-613-1612 from US North America, and Canada, or 001-858-268-3068 from everywhere else to be part of the broadcast.
